Isaac Eisenhauer
CO-FOUNDER, PORTFOLIO MANAGER, INVESTMENT BOARD
Lance Eisenhauer has over 14 years of experience in the financial sector scaling from Investments, Insurance, Derivatives, Advising, and Management. In addition to Co-Founding IvyLine Capital, he has recently Co-Founded CedarLine Capital in order to meet the demand of private wealth for its current new clients. Prior to founding IvyLine Capital Group, he was a former Derivatives and Options Trader for the WTS Group in New York. During this role, Mr. Eisenhauer executed various complex option orders in order to mitigate and adjust risk according to dynamic market environments. Prior to his trading position, he was employed by TD Ameritrade in which he acted in a consulting and advisory role to investors. Currently, Lance maintains an active Series 65 license through FINRA and has earned his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance and secondary in Accounting from Southeastern University located in Florida.

Raymond Sobieski
Raymond is a Tech Entrepreneur with over 35 years of operations and finance experience and has completed multiple successful startup ventures in a variety of industries. Currently Raymond is a private Investor and limited partner in the ARC Angel Fund, providing seed capital to early stage companies and Co-Founder of Report It, a crowdsourcing and social media platform. Raymond was President of TE Wire & Cable LLC, a member of the Marmon Group and a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Raymond was the owner of TE Wire prior to August of 2007 at which time the company was acquired by Marmon. Mr. Sobieski also founded CyberWarehouse, an early leader in e-commerce. CyberWarehouse was named # 63 on the Inc. 500. Raymond was one of the founding partners and COO of Cardinal Technologies Inc., a highly successful Management Buyout of a division of a Fortune 500 Consumer Electronics Company. Raymond holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Accounting from Monmouth University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Scott Penwell Esq
Scott has practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer for over 30 years at large law firms in both Philadelphia and Harrisburg. He has orchestrated public and private funding's along with mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Penwell has extensive experience in executing Hedge Fund and 1940 Act legal work. Along with practicing law he has founded two insurance companies, Eastern Alliance Insurance which was taken public with $200 million in premium before selling the company in 2006 and Great Falls Insurance Company. Currently Mr. Penwell is the Founder and Partner of Penwell, Bowman & Curran LLC. He is a graduate of Rutgers University in which he attained his Bachelors of Arts in English. Shortly after he went on to obtain his Masters Degree from Villanova University and finally finishing with a Juris Doctorate Degree from Temple Law School.

Lindsay Ward
Lindsay Ward was most recently Vice President of Global Procurement for the The Hershey Company. He was previously the Chief Purchasing Officer for divisions of Mars Incorporated for over 23 years. While in this role Mr. Ward oversaw all purchasing of commodities and their respective currencies for the North American division of Mars, Inc. While actively in this role, Lindsay gained substantial and comprehensive knowledge on markets, commodities and its related derivatives. Lindsay holds his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, U.K.
